Company Statement

We are all shocked and saddened by the news and images of the tornado that ripped through Oklahoma on May 20^th.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families as they start the arduous process of rebuilding their lives.  We are particularly concerned with the well-being of our fellow AGC employees that have been directly impacted by the storms, two of which have completely lost their homes.  We are continuing to assess family impacts, immediate and extended, of all those that had loved ones in harm’s way.  We will keep you apprised as we know more in the coming days. Acorn Growth Companies, a private equity firm focused exclusively in the aerospace and defense sectors, has partnered with The Edgewater Funds to acquire Paul Fabrications, based in Derby, United Kingdom, which specializes in the manufacture of high-precision and complex metal assemblies for the aerospace, power generation and nuclear fueling industries.  The acquisition is the second venture for Acorn Growth Companies and The Edgewater Funds since the partnership was announced early this year.
